We offer inclusive sizing from S to 3XL for all women’s down jackets. Each product page includes a size chart, and our Size Guide provides exact measurements in inches and centimeters to help you find the perfect fit.
2. How do I choose the right size for down jackets?
Down jackets are designed to allow for layering. If you plan to wear thicker sweaters underneath, we recommend choosing your regular size. 3. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, and it’s free on all orders over USD $50. For orders below that amount, standard shipping rates apply and will be calculated at checkout.
4. How long will delivery take?
Shipping typically takes:
- 7–14 business days for most international destinations
- 3–7 business days within Southeast Asia
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Delivery times may vary based on customs clearance and local postal services.
5. Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes. We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In its original packaging with tags attached
